Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our team. You will play an important role in handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and assisting with logistics-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
  • Support administrative functions including documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics and training-related activities.
  • Maintain records and ensure accuracy of information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

  • Open to candidates of any age (as long as you can use Microsoft Office and basic AI tools).
  • Must be Malaysian.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
  • Eager to learn and interested in logistics.
