We are seeking a proactive Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our team. You will play an important role in handling customer inquiries, providing administrative support, and assisting with logistics-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries through phone, email, and other channels.
- Support administrative functions including documentation, data entry, and filing.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and training-related activities.
- Maintain records and ensure accuracy of information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Open to candidates of any age (as long as you can use Microsoft Office and basic AI tools).
- Must be Malaysian.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
- Eager to learn and interested in logistics.
